In February 2024, Eve had the honor of leading a transformative workshop for the esteemed Guides Association of Bhutan. This unique experience brought together seasoned guides and the Department of Tourism’s leadership to explore the power of positive psychology and narrative therapy.
Through engaging activities and insightful discussions, participants delved into the following areas:
Understanding Team Dynamics: We explored the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and mutual respect within teams.
Narrative Psychology: Participants shared their personal stories, gaining valuable insights into their own experiences and the impact of their work on others.
Well-being and GNH: We explored the connection between individual well-being and Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness philosophy.
By the end of the workshop, participants left with a renewed sense of purpose, stronger team bonds, and a deeper understanding of their role in promoting Bhutan’s unique culture and values.
